HTTP 403 Forbidden
Some pages exist but cannot be accessed for one reason or another.
For example the developer registration page is not accessible by a user who is currently logged in.
Note that a page that's forbidden because a payment was missing will return a 402 error code instead of 403.
In most cases, you do not see a 403 error if you are not logged in and you try to access a page that requires you to log in. Instead you will be sent to the home page and then asked to log in. Once logged in, you are likely to be redirected to that otherwise forbidden page.
If you get a 403 error for a page you are sure is expected to be accessible by you, let us know by contacting us.
If you already registered with your email address and needed to re-validate (i.e. the first validation somehow failed) then go to the Validate Page where you can request for a new validation code to be emailed to you.
