HTTP 402 Error
The SMS From Me service requires the user to make a monthly payment to keep their account. This error occurs when that payment is behind.
At this time, the error only occurs when an external interface attempts to access your user account. This includes the email, the URL, and the API accesses. When you try to log in your account, you instead get code 302, which redirects you to the invoice that has not been paid.
To resolve the issue, log in your account using your browser and make sure payment is completed. If you still have 402 errors after that, make sure to contact us.
If you get a 402 error for a page you are sure is expected to exist, let us know by contacting us.
If you already registered with your email address and needed to re-validate (i.e. the first validation somehow failed) then go to the Validate Page where you can request for a new validation code to be emailed to you.
